Given that the rapture has occured, please refrain from offering redemption to the masses for their sins. Everyone now on earth has been left behind and is doomed for all eternity. There is no escape for them anymore.
Then again, I would be impressed if someone were to actually cough up $700M for an illegal war. Perhaps I would grant them an eternity in one of the more laid back portions in hell.
